What We Do

Mission: We serve the college by promoting the distinctive Covenant mission, strengthening brand awareness, and building reputation through impactful storytelling and innovative marketing strategies to key audiences across multiple platforms.

Our team of creatives collaborates with the campus community and external constituents to:

• Brand Strategy: Ensure consistency in the college’s brand and identity standards, both internally and externally
• Content Development: Design and order printed materials (flyers, brochures, print ads, stationary, business cards, displays, signage, etc). as well as other promotional products.
• Creative Services: Design,photography, and video for various projects ranging from print to digital and specialty items
• Digital and Traditional Marketing: Targeted campaigns to engage prospective students, alumni, donors, and more, and maintaining the college website and social media platforms
• Media Relations, PR, and Internal communications: we help shape public perception and strengthen campus-wide connection and clarity with strategic messaging.

When to Reach Out

You don’t need to have a finished idea — come to us early. The earlier we’re involved, the more effective (and efficient) the outcome.

Submit a Request

Ready to collaborate or just have a simple request or update?! Fill out with project-specific information so that we know how best to meet your needs.

Please note: The standard turnaround time for most copy and design projects involves around 2-3 weeks of internal work, depending on the project size, and 7-10 business days for off-campus printing. Once a request is submitted, we will follow up with any questions we may have. We look forward to working with you!

What we need from you:

• Designate a point of contact for the project
• For print pieces and/or mailers, please provide quantity and mailing lists as soon as possible so we can request a quote.
• Submit the request through our
• Provide everything that is needed for your piece, including, if necessary, text that has been reviewed for accuracy. Our copywriter/editor will edit the content to fit Covenant’s style and messaging guidelines. If you need assistance with writing, you can submit a request and specify that you need copywriting assistance.
• Project proofs and feedback: All proofs must be approved before a project is finalized. Please review with your full team and submit consolidated feedback. A final proof will be provided for your sign-off before production.
• Provide a purchasing order or FOPAL payment information if we are handling production and fulfillment (mailing) of your project

What we’ll do:

• Assign a team member to work with you and coordinate accordingly
• Manage the project schedule, clarifying any deadlines with your team
• Provide cost estimates for your approval
• Collaborate on messaging and design, providing proofs for your review and ensuring the project aligns with Covenant’s branding
• Order the project on behalf of your department if applicable
